During my fitting (winter 2022), I was given a seat position that was significantly too high, which led to knee problems. During the fitting, the saddle was supposed to be even higher (before I objected). This was despite the fact that I couldn't get my heels properly low. The fit of the shoes was completely ignored. When I tried to contact them by email a few months after the fitting, there was no response. It's a shame. Although I actually liked both fitters, I felt like I was being rushed out.

A professional bike fitting is highly recommended. I found it interesting that almost all the adjustments during the fitting were (for me) completely counterintuitive. Cleat position, handlebar angle, and stem length and height were all completely different than expected. In other words, I would never have arrived at these results on my own, as the supposedly intuitive approach wasn't the right way to go. It's something you should definitely get done as soon as possible, instead of buying yet another stem/saddle because it still doesn't fit. The price is well worth the result. And the team is really friendly, too ;-)

Amazing bike shop with incredible service. Cervelo/Argon and other unique bikes. Plus, a perfect workshop. These guys are friendly AND competent. A rare combination. I'd happily ride the 1.5 hours for that.

Fantastic shop! I was stranded in Velbert on a longer tour to Koblenz due to a mechanical issue. The guys there quickly fitted me with a used derailleur, and I was able to continue my journey after only a short delay. Super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

Holger Röthig is one of the best bike fitters in the world!!! His triathlon camps on Lanzarote and in California are also sensational and unparalleled. The triathlon camp in California with hosts and former triathletes Mark Montgomery and Dan Empfield (also founders of Quintana Roo and manufacturers of the first wetsuit and triathlon bike) is particularly exceptional.
