3 stars – just okay. Limited selection, rude sales pitches, and sometimes overpriced. We only shop here because it's the only sports shop nearby, and we prefer to support local businesses rather than buying online.

We visited your store today looking for basketball shoes. The team was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! We received immediate assistance and they took the time to address our specific needs. Despite the limited selection of basketball shoes, we actually found what we were looking for. We'll gladly return and hope for a wider selection!

Five stars plus. We travel a lot and have both positive and negative shopping experiences every day, but this Intersport store eclipses everything! Friendly, competent service, first-class advice, and even my husband, who is suffering from shoe shopping, is satisfied with a coffee. It couldn't be better. It's a shame this shopping center isn't more popular. Intersport-Klose alone is worth the visit.

The staff seem competent and attentive to customers. The prices are reasonable for a brick-and-mortar store. The only downside was the sometimes limited size selection.

Wonderful experience. The store is very clean, there is a wide assortment of sports clothing and products, high tech dressing rooms and feedback stations, the staff is helpful and kind, and they offer gifts such as this free beer. It's worth the trip!
