Absolutely fantastic! Father and son are both passionate mountain bikers and offer professional advice and first-class service – all at a comparatively reasonable price. The son is also an active downhill racer and gave me many valuable tips to get my mountain bike up to the absolute top level. I'll definitely never go anywhere else again!

For a long time, I searched for a place where I could take my bike for servicing. The search is finally over. I dropped my bike off for a shock service and to get the rattling brake pads sorted out. I originally thought I'd just get a tip on how to eliminate the clicking. But I was wrong. Sergej had already identified the problem long before and fixed it on his own bikes by installing two springs in the calipers. I hadn't expected that. Today I picked up my bike. The shock is like new again, and the axial play in the pads is also gone thanks to the springs. As a customer, I couldn't be happier. These days, a shop like this is a rare find. It's simply a great feeling to know that there's someone there who isn't just focused on making as much money as possible for as little effort as possible. Quite the opposite. Any other shop would have charged significantly more for the work. I'd like to thank you again for everything and I'm already looking forward to visiting again.
