⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars + I highly recommend this company. While searching for replacement batteries for my 15-year-old e-bikes, I came across the Battery Center. What a delight! The initial contact by phone was very positive and friendly. They were able to offer me several alternatives, including different manufacturers and capacities. Everything was very trustworthy and professional. I was happy to visit the Battery Center and try out the batteries on-site – everything was perfect. And the price was more than fair! I also bought a new charger. By the way, they offer great products, including e-scooters. Thank you so much! Now the season can begin, and it's wonderful that there are such businesses with knowledgeable people. Please keep up the good work! A very satisfied customer.

After a very friendly phone call, I was advised to bring in my son's e-bike for inspection, as the battery was presumably defective. They said a "range test" (or something similar) would be necessary, but for this, they would first need to order two keys to remove the battery from its mount. These would cost €60, or €30 each. Nothing had been done to the battery or the bike so far! I was told that the battery, which would most likely need to be ordered, would cost between €330 and €430, plus the cost of the test and labor. Keep in mind, this battery would only have the original 8.8 Ah capacity! I said, "Oh, it's not worth it for this e-bike. Please don't order anything; I'll come and pick up the bike myself!" So, to summarize: I brought in the e-bike, nothing was done to it (since there were no keys available), and I was simply given the price of a new (small) battery over the phone! Okay, I understand that it took about 5 minutes to take down my customer information and another 5 minutes to give me a quote for the replacement. Of course, nobody should do that for free, but I think that could have been offered as a service for €10-€20 instead of €59. When I asked why I had to pay €59 even though absolutely nothing was done to the e-bike, they tried to explain that they had invested time...! Sorry, but €59 just to take down customer information and for a 3-minute phone call is unacceptable.

We would like to clarify the sequence of events:<br><br>The e-bike (manufactured in 2022, with 769 km on the odometer) was brought to us with a complaint of a significantly reduced range (approximately 20 km). Since the battery key was missing, the battery could not be removed and therefore could not be tested.<br><br>You wanted to have the lock drilled. Instead, we suggested the technically more sensible and less damaging solution and researched a suitable replacement key (€30 per key).<br><br>As part of the workshop order, the fault analysis/diagnosis (€59) was billed. This included initial assessment, technical evaluation, research into the appropriate locking system, and cost estimation.<br><br>Further technical testing would only have been possible after removing the battery. We transparently informed you about the potential cost of a new battery (approximately €329–400).<br><br>The bicycle was scheduled for immediate use in our ongoing workshop. We received excellent advice and then purchased two batteries. They arrived very quickly, having been excellently packaged. The test on a sunny Sunday went surprisingly well. These new batteries had an enormous runtime.

I needed a new battery for my e-bike. I contacted several suppliers, with prices reaching up to €900.00. That's when I came across the Battery Center. They seemed very competent right from the initial phone call. So I went straight there. The staff there were also very helpful. I bought a new battery for €349.00. I installed it at home, but nothing happened. I then contacted several other retailers in my area – none of them wanted to help. So I called the Battery Center and took the train to Viersen, which was a bit of a hassle. An employee took care of it immediately, and the problem was solved within 5 minutes. FREE OF CHARGE. My conclusion: I'll only use the Battery Center from now on. They deserve more than 5 stars. That's service!

I took my Bosch Powerpack 500, which wouldn't turn on anymore, to the repair shop and was told the cells were defective. I bought a new battery there and asked for the old one back for tinkering purposes, but received it back half-disassembled. Just for kicks, after about 10 days, I pressed the test button on the old battery, and lo and behold: the "defective" battery works perfectly, and has been for three years now with only minimal capacity loss. They claimed they couldn't take back the newly purchased €600 battery because I only had the opportunity to visit this shady operation one day after the legal return period had expired. This is a rip-off and a complete rip-off, and I would advise everyone against using this incompetent repair service.

If there were six stars, they'd get them! Two phone calls with excellent advice and practical tips. After purchasing a battery, they delivered it ultra-fast in less than 24 hours. The battery works perfectly. That's what I call service!

I'm absolutely thrilled with the battery center! The process was super fast and straightforward. Excellent personal advice over the phone! After initial skepticism about payment only via PayPal or prepayment, I was pleasantly surprised! The battery was successfully repaired.
