I highly recommend this workshop to any bike owner in Viersen and the surrounding area. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and you feel like you're in good hands. The staff were very knowledgeable. Communication was clear and transparent, which made me feel comfortable as a customer. I was informed about every step, and the prices were reasonable. I particularly want to emphasize the short wait time. Despite the obviously high volume of customers, my bike was processed quickly, so I was able to use it again soon. A real insider tip for anyone who values fast and reliable service!

I got a flat tire on a bike tour from Mönchengladbach to Viersen. (I was actually headed to Brüggen.) They helped me very quickly and easily. The problem was solved and the tire repaired in about 30 minutes. My girlfriend and I would gladly come back, even though we're from Mönchengladbach. Thanks again for the quick help.

They seem to know how to handle e-bikes, but charge exorbitant amounts of money for it? Not me. Highly recommended if absolutely necessary, but otherwise, better to avoid them.

I went to this workshop on a recommendation to refill my Magura HS 33 handbrake, and no other service was agreed upon. The repair was carried out properly. The price of €59.50 was disappointing. Of that, €29 was charged for "general overhead costs." Whatever that means. When I asked the manager, H. Pfennings, he told me that these costs are always payable, even if only a bulb is replaced. I then paid and asked him to delete my customer data because I'm not willing to pay for something where the service isn't clearly visible. Advertising looks different in my opinion.

We take your opinion very seriously and will strive to improve our communication.<br><br>Our e-bike repair shop operates with a very moderate hourly rate, especially compared to competitors who charge significantly different rates for e-bike repairs compared to regular bicycles. Nevertheless, the repair process involves tasks that can either be covered by a higher hourly rate or—as we do—listed as separate items. These include customer consultations, order processing and invoicing, accounting, spare parts procurement, and many small tasks that are not directly related to the actual repair but still incur costs. Since e-bike repairs are generally more complex and therefore more time-consuming, our method of pricing is more cost-effective for the majority of all repairs than that of other specialized workshops.<br><br>However, we will address your feedback and review our pricing structure again.<br><br><br>Nevertheless, we will take your feedback into account and review our pricing structure again. DISASTER! This shop is a DISASTER. A newly refurbished battery is defective for the second time. After replacing the cells, the battery is unusable. The cells came loose and flew out of the casing, which is why it was supposed to be repaired... with the words, "Ohhh, that shouldn't have happened." One week later, the repaired battery is defective again... The cells have come loose once more and are flying out of the casing. For €560, you expect proper work, not amateurish hobbyists. A second refurbished battery was assembled without seals, and water got into the casing... That battery is probably useless too. Unbelievable.

Excellent service. I was there for the first time for an e-bike inspection. Great price, and they even cleaned the bike. You even get a text message when the bike is ready.
