Great shop! I first went there about a year ago and received excellent advice. I was told very honestly and kindly that unfortunately, there wasn't a model that suited my needs. About a month ago, I went back because my situation had changed. I again received excellent and thorough advice and ended up buying an e-bike, which was even ready for me to pick up the same day. I'm very happy with the bike! I went back again today because I had lost a screw. An employee was immediately available and solved the problem within fifteen minutes, and I was able to take the bike home. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop!

Perfect! Excellent, to-the-point advice, easy purchase process, fast delivery, and a fantastic team that the boss should be proud of! Buying a bike remotely! Since I wanted a specific bike in a certain size and color, and this dealer was the only one who still had it in stock, and I live over 400km away, everything was quickly sorted out via email and phone. We've now purchased two bicycle saddles from SQLab and received excellent advice. The saddle was fitted free of charge and adjusted to the correct height. A top-notch shop. I highly recommend it 👍

I was only briefly in this bike shop regarding a bicycle I didn't buy from you. The young employee was incredibly friendly and helpful; I was very impressed. Unfortunately, they don't offer comprehensive repairs for other brands during the warranty period, but you can have them adjusted by arrangement. Thank you again. I'll gladly come back.

I had a little accident and without any question they immediately let me borrow some tools for nothing. That's some oldschool service, I liked it, guys!
