Until now, I've always been satisfied, but this time I was deeply disappointed. Although I clearly indicated that I needed help with the running shoes, the saleswoman completely ignored me. An acquaintance of mine took up her entire attention for over fifteen minutes. I then looked around and found a rain jacket that I would have liked to buy as well. Another saleswoman took notice of me, but despite my eye contact, she turned away, and I was left without any assistance again. €250 in sales didn't go to local businesses but went online. I ordered the jacket from Amazon; same price, but whatever. And Schuh Siemes got the contract for the hiking boots.

Despite the store being very quiet, we weren't offered any assistance. My daughter's question about whether they had a pair of sports pants in a smaller size unfortunately didn't prompt any help. Anyone entering this store expecting to buy sportswear for elementary school children will be disappointed by the extremely limited selection. There was, believe it or not, one pair of pants in size 116. Furthermore, the selection for girls is equally restricted.
