I heard a creaking noise when I pedaled during my bike ride. The man suggested a few things that could be causing it. That was great, and he was able to fix it right away. After that, my bike was like new, and the noise was gone forever.

I spontaneously stopped by again today, and my issue (brake cable) was addressed and resolved immediately :-) I've been going to this shop for years with various children's and adult bikes and have always been completely satisfied with their service and work. A friendly, competent team, and practically on my doorstep (in Viersen town). They've always been able to help me with my bike problems. My local bike hero, basically. See you next time!

One of the special screws on my Ortlieb bag that connects the carrier to the bag broke. The store didn't have the screw in stock, so the dealer "replicated" it with an M5 hexagon socket, two body washers, and a self-locking nut, and my bike trip to Holland was saved. Great service and a definite recommendation!

Initially, I let myself be guided solely by price. I searched everywhere in the surrounding area, including online. Nothing convinced me, and the purchase decision only became more difficult. Until I finally found my trusted local shop. The salesperson there gave me friendly and very competent advice. While I was there, I happened to see satisfied customers picking up their bikes after a service. The confidence I felt in the price, performance, and quality made me very happy. I wish I had gone there in the first place.
