All three items I wanted to buy were out of stock (although I was completely flexible regarding the brand). Upon leaving the customer restroom, which requires going through the warehouse, I encountered an employee smoking, who then hastily hid his cigarette. The young man who served me was apparently very friendly and patient. Hence the second star.

Good and attentive advice. For example, I was offered a no-obligation order of shoes to try on, even if they weren't part of the standard range. Update March 2025. A pair of my son's soccer shoes broke after about six weeks (the soles on both shoes had already come loose at the toe). I received a new pair, including a new receipt, without any problems, without a receipt (but I could state the date of purchase). They should keep an eye on the quality now; they want to know the quality of the goods they sell themselves. 👍 Very strong

A sports shop in a side street of Viersen with parking right outside. The shop seems well-maintained with a decent selection. Perhaps it could be a bit brighter inside. The employee I spoke to answered my questions competently, and in the end, I made a purchase :-)

Excellent service. Super nice and friendly. We'll only buy our son's soccer cleats here from now on. The employee was very attentive to our son, and he felt very comfortable. The selection could be a bit larger, but that's due to the current situation and unfortunately applies to every store right now.

I was looking for new running shoes and wanted the usual good advice. Unfortunately, I was disappointed; neither the advice nor the selection was good. When I finally had the shoes and asked for a discount because they weren't really my choice, I didn't get one. So I left the store. At home, I looked them up online and found them on average €30 to €40 cheaper from various retailers. I'll now look for a new retailer because I don't want to buy my running shoes online. What a shame.
