After the dealer where I bought my QWIC eBike apparently discontinued selling QWIC bikes and therefore no longer offers direct service (motor updates, etc.), I was looking for a suitable specialist. Besides, I didn't want to have to book an appointment a year in advance. It's even worse than going to a specialist! ;) At Büllesbach, I was warmly welcomed, and an appointment for the service was available after a reasonable amount of time. I received a text message when the bike was ready. Convenient and straightforward. The bike wasn't just cleaner than before; it was clearly noticeable that everything had been readjusted and lubricated. I feel like I have a brand new bike again. I can only recommend that everyone have their bike serviced regularly. Very friendly service on site. I'm glad I tried them despite the current lack of a website (?). Thank you!

We bought three e-bikes here two months ago, along with my father and sister. We're absolutely thrilled. The advice we received was fantastic, and we all chose a Qwic e-bike. A few days ago, I bought a scooter from Zweirad Büllesbach. Ms. Büllesbach took a lot of time and explained everything to me. The scooter was finished very quickly, and I was able to pick it up after just a few days. Mr. Büllesbach gave me lots of tips and also provided excellent advice. You can ask any question and everything is explained precisely and patiently. I'm completely satisfied and would buy a bike or scooter there again. The prices are fair and the service is really top-notch 👍👍👍👍 It's great that we have a shop like this in Friedrichsfeld 🫶.

What a wonderful place! Heike,Heinz & Michael have serviced our E bikes whilst staying in Voerde. Heike helped me fit my new helmet to make it fit properly and comfortably. They are genuine and lovely people who care about your safety, bike experience and enjoyment. I recommend that anyone of any age to visit their superb shop. After receiving excellent advice and being very patient with our questions, we bought a bicycle and used the workshop for repairs on our older bikes. We are extremely satisfied!! We would definitely use their services again. Thanks again to the wonderful team at Zweirad Büllesbach!
