An excellent little bike shop with an exceptionally high level of flexibility and customer focus. After a flat tire (and my own failure to switch to puncture-resistant tires), I was able to come in that same afternoon without an appointment thanks to my morning phone call for help. Within 30 minutes, I was back out of the shop, including advice, new tires (better than the ones I bought from Amazon and brought with me, and also cheaper), and mounting both wheels. Everything was explained calmly, and I even got some additional tips. PERFECT. This is exactly how you win new customers. I am completely satisfied. Thank you so much. Five well-deserved stars. Update September 1, 2025: Another great experience today. I called in the morning, was able to come in spontaneously in the afternoon, and my brake problems were resolved perfectly within an hour. This included an explanation of the work done and tips for future maintenance, all at a great, fair price. 💪🏼👍🏼 ``` Thank you so much again.

I went for a bike ride today on my gravel bike. When I noticed the gears were rubbing, I went to this bike shop. The staff immediately addressed my issue and adjusted the gears within 10 minutes. Now everything is working perfectly again. Thanks again for the quick help! I highly recommend this shop.

I've never experienced such an unfriendly reception in a bike shop. The owner doesn't greet me, is hard of hearing, and refuses to store the bike until the inspection appointment. He seems to be more of a nuisance than a welcome guest. Completely unacceptable behavior!

Dear Customer,<br><br>We value an orderly process and, due to space limitations, cannot accept bicycles for storage before their scheduled inspection appointment – especially during peak season, this is simply not feasible. Our owner treats all customers with respect, and we expect the same in return. Your negative assessment of his hearing impairment is unacceptable.<br><br>It is also strange that no other customer shares your opinion – therefore, we question your behavior. Customers who behave disrespectfully are not welcome here.

Excellent service; my bike was picked up from my house and returned within a week, promptly and back in perfect condition. Picala and his daughter were friendly and explained everything to me about what repairs would be completed - I will definitely be going back to them for any other bike repairs!
