Bought my first gravel bike – and hit the jackpot at the Giant Store Wegberg 🚴‍♂️ I walked in wanting my first gravel bike. I also mentioned that I'm on the heavier side. You might have expected a look like, "What does he want with one of those things?" – but absolutely not. My request was handled with great professionalism, and I never felt like I was being pressured into buying one. Instead, I received honest, straightforward advice. No pushy sales pitches, no "you absolutely need that too," just straightforward answers about what makes sense and what I could do without for now. And I'm sure there was potential there... But even the advice about carbon versus aluminum bikes was focused solely on me, not on making a sale. The salesman, Marc, was simply fantastic – easygoing, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Exactly the combination you want when venturing into something new. My request was met with great enthusiasm – relaxed, funny, and highly competent. Exactly the kind of combination you hope for when you're exploring something new. No pressure to buy, no "you absolutely need that too" attitude, but rather a straightforward explanation of what's worthwhile and what I could do without for now. The next pleasant surprise: I was in the store in the morning and was able to pick up the bike that same afternoon. Less than six hours later, everything was fully assembled and adjusted. When I picked it up, Marc took the time to explain a few important things about the bike, so I felt really well-prepared when I rode it out of the store. In short: Excellent advice, honest recommendations, a friendly team, and incredibly fast service. My first gravel bike – and definitely the right place to get it. A clear recommendation for the Giant Store Wegberg.

Returns are possible, but you only get a voucher, not a refund. It's a shame I don't have Mario Bronckhorst's contact information; otherwise, I would have asked him what was going on. An older man who works there is always in a bad mood. That's incredibly rude. Not recommended. Giant in general is not recommended. On two bikes, a 2021 Giant Reign SX, the bottom bracket seal was missing once. And on the 2021 Giant Fathom e +ex, the motor failed, the rear axle broke three times, and there were two software errors. The luggage rack broke because they were so stupid during development and used thin aluminum as a bracket for the fender, which prevents the rack from falling forward or backward. The bike bags are complete garbage; they don't live up to their promises.

We had a communication problems but it was solved. Warranty worked and broken part was replaced. Very good service 👍

A very good and large bike store. A huge choice of bikes and very helpful and friendly staff. I would hugely recommend this store if your looking for mountain bikes, trekking, racing and more. All of which are available as electric..
