I can absolutely recommend this bike shop. I received very friendly service and my minor problem with my bicycle saddle was resolved perfectly. I'm happy to cycle there from Hamm to Werl.

I called there two days ago because I had an accident and my electric bike needed repairs. I was able to pick it up today, and they explained a lot about it and gave me lots of tips for the future. The bike was explained to me better there than where I bought it. A truly competent workshop manager who knows his stuff and is in a great mood! Overall, I can recommend this bike shop with its fantastic workshop! Thank you so much ✌️ I'll be happy to come back 😉

I called today about a flat rear tire. I got an appointment immediately, and they were able to fit two new puncture-proof tires right away. My bike was ready to ride again after an hour. I highly recommend this workshop. Very friendly staff and a very good mechanic.

I was there twice in a row in a very short space of time. The workshop immediately addressed my minor technical issues, resolved them, and also gave me helpful tips on caring for my racing bike. Since I haven't lived in Werl for long and ride my bike a lot, I need a reliable workshop with motivated employees who are knowledgeable about their work. I will definitely be back and can highly recommend this workshop!

Extremely disappointing and never again!! I dropped off my bike for a service and tire replacement. I was quoted a price of around €100, but in the end, I was charged almost €200, without any prior consultation and for additional work that hadn't been agreed upon. Furthermore, the bike was finished much later than promised (one week turned into two and a half weeks), and I wasn't informed of this. Absolutely not recommended!

I'm always impressed by how friendly and helpful the workshop team is. They help with even the smallest problems immediately, without hesitation! In the shop, you receive expert advice, and the friendly animal employee always greets you warmly :-)

Very friendly staff. The workshop immediately addressed my minor technical problem, fixed it, and even gave me helpful tips. This isn't always the case these days (without an appointment), so thank you very much for the prompt assistance. Highly recommended.

Great advice. Totally friendly. They took their time with me and answered all my questions, even though the shop was quite busy. This is the only bike shop I'll ever use. P.S.: Keep up the good work. Your experience is worth its weight in gold.
