Misleading title. One would think that deal24 would implicate fast shipping and good prices. While the latter may be true to a certain extent. Fast shipping is definitely not. Seven days after ordering, the order is still pending. Contacted the support, they told me that the turnaround for my order was 11-13 days (excluding shipment), and that I could find this important information within the order itself. Well, but what about “deal24“?

Very happy with this purchase 1972922! This gym bag exceeded my expectations in both design and practicality. If you return the goods the shippment costs for returning goods (which you have to pay to return the packet) AND shippment costs (you payed when ordering goods at Sportdeal24) WILL NOT BE CREDITED (will not be payed back to you). It is their „sustainability policy“. Just avoid and fo not buy at Sportdeal24. EDIT after answer from Sportdeal24: What a lame excuse! Returns are here in case the goods do not correspond the picture from the web etc. You are selling this goods. And if I do not like what I get and throw it in the bin is sustainable??? I spent 26,99 for goods, 7,99 for shipping, 16 eur for return. You refunded 26,99. Let people decide if this feels just and normal. Or just put BiG sign on your web shop: no shipping and return cost will be refunded by Sportdeal24. To hide behind Allgemeine Geschäftsbeninungen is one way to fake-prove you are transperent. Which you are not. Not refunding shipping costs is what makes you look BAD and LOW compared to others who sell over webshops. So go lie to somebody else. Hope people realize what a lame seller you are and make the right decision not to risk purchase with you. Coz just if something doesnt fit and looks different buyer will loose money when doing business with you. Disgraceful!!
