I gladly take my bike here for inspection, maintenance, and repairs. Appointments can usually be arranged at short notice. They are reliable with their estimates of how long the work will take. The staff provides thorough, friendly, and competent advice. The materials used are good. The prices are reasonable. It's my first choice when I have problems with my bike. Just give it a try.

I had our two e-bikes serviced by him. He was very friendly, I made an appointment by phone beforehand, and we got in without any crazy waiting times, even though we didn't buy the bikes from him. I checked all the local bike shops, and some of their prices were ridiculously low, especially one shop in Kamen, which was over 60% more expensive. In short, if you're looking for a competent service, friendly service, and unbeatable prices... go here. Oh, and one more thing: the bikes were spotless when I picked them up the same day. We'll only go to him from now on. Update: We had them serviced again this year, and? Fantastic again... 100% recommendation once more.

Zweirad Möllmann has very friendly and competent staff who listen patiently and perform skilled work. Even a software update can be installed quickly and easily, without an appointment. For Werne and the surrounding area, it's the top place to buy a bicycle or have it serviced.

I've been a customer for a while now, the workshop is great. We picked up our new e-bikes on Saturday, the advice was excellent, the bikes were explained and adjusted. Highly recommended.

I received a softer saddle spring for my bike seatpost here two days later, thanks to excellent advice. Here, the customer is treated like queen, and the service is relaxed and friendly. In contrast, the competitor in Bergkamen tried to sell me a completely new seatpost with a softer spring. Thanks to Möllemann + Sohn, Werne is always worth a visit. Many thanks again.

If you want to buy a bike locally, Möllmann is a good choice. The advice is good, and the salesperson knows what he's talking about. However, when it comes to smaller amounts, the mood quickly changes. Once, I just needed a cheap bike lock, and the man quickly became irritated and dismissive. Another time, I came in with a minor repair on an old bike (an heirloom, in the family for more than 50 years), and the mechanic said it wasn't really worth fixing; he didn't have time for that sort of thing at the moment (sounded like he didn't want to), so I left without the repair and without saying goodbye to the mechanic.

Great service, friendly team. Excellent advice and incredibly fast delivery. I highly recommend Zweirad Möllmann. Everything was as promised, spontaneous modifications to the bike were handled immediately. Keep it up, I'm satisfied.

During a bike ride in the middle of nature, a screw came loose from the mudguard. The mudguard was dragging on the tire. The mudguard was temporarily secured with a lanyard. The nearest bike shop was Möllmann in Werne. So I went there and explained the problem. The front wheel was immediately removed and the mudguard was secured with a new screw. The brakes were readjusted as part of the service. The service was performed shortly before lunch, free of charge and in a friendly manner. Now that's what I call excellent service. I highly recommend the Möllmann bike shop and will keep them in mind when buying a bike and need repairs.

Excellent advice, and the service was superb. I bought a bicycle bag and the necessary Klickfix adapter. Everything was installed immediately. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Möllmann.
