I spontaneously came to the bike repair shop because I had a problem with my seatpost clamp. I received immediate and very friendly help. And all for a small price. Highly recommended!

Overall, the workshop is really good, and some employees are very helpful and friendly. However, when we picked up our bike recently, we encountered a very unfriendly employee.

I dropped off a bicycle with a flat rear tire. I tried to repair it myself, but got stuck. For my repair attempt, I bought a new tire, which was already mounted on the rim. The invoice included a charge for a new tire. When I asked why a new tire was necessary, I was told that the old one was worn out and should have been hanging off the handlebars. When I pointed out that a brand new tire was already on the rim and there was no tire hanging off the handlebars, they claimed that the other tire didn't fit. When I explained that it was already mounted, they asked the employee who had done the work. He couldn't remember. So, the tire was gone, and I paid again. Lesson learned. In the future, I'll go straight to a specialist bike shop.

My impression of this bicycle repair shop is outstanding. The staff are competent, experienced, reliable, and extremely friendly. I gladly entrust our bicycles to these wonderful people!

Excellent value for money. My son's bike had already been to a bike repair shop twice, but unfortunately, the problem kept cropping up. Here, the bike was repaired at a very reasonable price, and most importantly, the defect was finally fixed. Thank you very much. I'll be happy to come back.
