I took my wife's e-bike in for a service. I picked it up the next day and went for a ride. I immediately noticed that the rear brake wasn't working at all. The report states that a test ride was performed and the brake system is fine. I complained, and then it was repaired. It seems like the owner is completely fed up with his business. He should have done better before something worse happened. Disappointing!

I bought my new compact bike four weeks ago. I can't understand the negative experiences at all. I have a very good impression of Olaf's bike shop. I received excellent advice and service from both the owner and his employees. The first service was also outstanding. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this bike shop.

Unfortunately, we have to confirm the numerous negative reviews. Absolutely unprofessional. We had arranged a test ride to determine the correct frame size. Although I inquired again on Saturday and Olaf personally confirmed that everything would be ready on Tuesday, nothing was prepared today. When I asked the seemingly uninterested employee, I got the impression that I, as a customer, was more of a nuisance. I had previously given a clear indication of my intent to buy and had already deposited my leasing tokens. Anyone who doesn't care about their customers this much doesn't deserve a single star. I come from the service industry myself and can quickly tell if a company is customer-oriented. The fish rots from the head down, and the many negative reviews speak for themselves. If advice and service are important to you, you'd be better off looking for alternatives. I always have my work bikes serviced by Olaf. It's straightforward and friendly, just as it should be. Other dealers have never responded to my inquiries about service appointments. Therefore, I only use Olaf's Bike Shop. Even minor modifications to the bike or questions about the technology are always answered courteously. Highly recommended!
