The product I ordered (via Amazon) wasn't as expected from the manufacturer. The seller only provided a "clarifying" response after two weeks, and only after I had inquired twice myself. The response was dismissive, stating that the product was exactly as I had ordered it. This is not what customer-oriented or solution-oriented service should look like. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.
