Super friendly staff – they squeezed in a repair without an appointment (it took about 2 hours) – where do you still find that kind of service? They even bedded in the brakes – and all this even though I didn't buy the bike there. A special thank you to Tuan Vu. That was fantastic.

It’s great to see local shops with knowledgeable staff and friendly service. Zweirad Wingerath offers a spacious showroom set in an old factory hall, featuring both new bicycles and carefully refurbished used bikes. There’s plenty of parking for cars and bikes, and the on-site bike workshop handles repairs quickly and thoroughly. Dogs are very welcome, too. As a customer, you feel well taken care of, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop.

I stumbled upon Bikes Only by chance. After two visits, I finally bought (or rather, leased) a Cube Nulane Hybrid Carbon. The consultation and the entire process were perfect. After 30 years in cycling, I've been to quite a few shops. Here, you're still treated like a valued customer. Adjustments to the bike were done incredibly quickly. My sit bone width was measured, and an SQ Lab saddle was recommended. When I picked up the bike, I even received a small Christmas gift, and they helped me load it. The whole team is truly dedicated!

I've bought two bikes there already, and had them serviced there as well. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent. I'm really very satisfied. I've already recommended them to colleagues and friends, and they were also very happy.

Top service and a super friendly team! I bought my new gravel bike here two weeks ago and was very happy with it from the start. Now I've had problems with the gears and steering – and all without an appointment. Despite this, I was greeted warmly and received expert advice. I was able to take the bike directly to the workshop, where the team took a close look at the problem. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely eager to help quickly. The best part: I was able to take my bike home right away – everything is working perfectly now. Thank you so much for the fantastic service – highly recommended! ☺️

Fantastic, helpful service! I had a flat tire several kilometers away – and the wrong replacement inner tube with me. They came in without hesitation, I was served immediately, and the mechanic even found an installation error and fixed it right away. Perfect!

While searching for an e-bike, I was fortunate enough to be advised by Mr. Bartusch. He knows what he's talking about! The salesman took his time and explained everything to me, making me feel very comfortable. I also got my desired color thanks to his efforts, and I'm now happy with my new Cube e-bike.
