I highly recommend Hausmann Fahrrad in Willich Schiefbahn. The owner and all the employees are incredibly friendly and service-oriented. I was there just this week with a flat tire on my son's bike. The service is perfect, and the prices are absolutely fair. It's great to have such a great company in our town. Please keep up the good work!

You can come whenever you want; the staff are immediately available and ask what the problem is. Mario has never charged extra for pumping up tires or many other small things. I'm always happy to go back to Mario.

Goodness and fairness don't need advertising; word gets around quickly. You can rely on Mario and his team. In an emergency (my pants got caught in the chain), Mario reacted immediately, and even though he's extremely busy and in high demand, he recognized the urgency. I'll never forget that. I can and always will praise him to the skies, which is well-deserved and by no means an exaggeration. We always entrusted our bikes to him for their annual inspection until we moved away, many kilometers apart—the only reason for the separation. Mario has a big heart and treats everyone equally; there's no favoritism. For that, you gladly accept the (nowadays) waiting time, because you then benefit from an intensive consultation that leaves no questions unanswered. He sees the person, not just the sales figures, which is why he also offers used bikes—who else can you say that about these days? We remain fans and stand by our statement. Yours, Sahese B.

We've bought several bikes here, including for our children. Our used bikes were always accepted as part-exchange at a reasonable price. The advice was always excellent, even when you had to wait due to high demand. Mario always took his time to advise us and didn't try to sell us the most expensive model. The service is top-notch! Friendly staff who immediately ask if they can help. Problems and concerns are taken seriously, and everything is resolved to our satisfaction. Excellent value for money! I highly recommend Fahrrad Hausmann. I'll be back again and again!

I've been getting my old bike repaired/serviced exclusively at this workshop for almost three years now. Whenever I have a problem or it's simply time to lubricate the moving parts, I go to Mario and Tomik. Every time after a visit, I feel like a bird because my bike doesn't just ride, it flies! I don't know which school these guys studied at, but they're not just masters of their craft, they're true magicians! They're always friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend them to everyone!

Always good advice and great service. We've already bought several bikes for the whole family here. They take old bikes in part exchange at fair prices. Especially for the kids who often need a new size, the selection of affordable, well-maintained used bikes is great!

Everything was perfect! The staff and the owner are all incredibly friendly and take their time. They provide thorough advice, offer quick assistance, and answer all questions. Thank you so much for everything; see you in a year for the inspection.

Excellent service, perhaps even too good – meaning that despite having several employees, you often have to expect longer waiting times. This shouldn't be surprising, though, as they take the necessary time for each customer and don't just want to rush them through. I've already bought two Giant e-MTBs from him, and for me, there's only one bike shop, and that's Mario. I'm happy to go there almost regularly every few months for service/inspection 💪.

The owner is extremely unfriendly. You're only served by his employee. When the shop is full, you have to queue up with his employee, and the owner himself just walks past without a greeting. They now charge for every little thing, even for pumping up tires (€5!), even though we've bought several expensive bikes from him. There was a time when that was part of the service. I get the impression that someone here no longer feels the need to care about customers. Some people just have it too good. Addendum: Even if someone claims to have been to a different shop, I can say with certainty that I know where I go. There's nothing to clarify here. Your employee charged me €5 for pumping up my tires. If you're unaware of this, which I doubt, then I wonder where that money went. The fact is, portraying customers as liars doesn't make things any better.
Owner's response
Hello, I don't think you were in our store. We've never charged for inflation. I'd like you to clarify that. Sincerely, Mario Hausmann
