This morning I needed a new inner tube for my e-bike, so I popped into the neighborhood. The advice was absolutely fantastic, the staff were incredibly competent, and the price was very fair! Seriously: Buy local and support these kinds of specialist shops! I'm very satisfied.

The shop looks quite nice, but I had to wait a month and a few days for an appointment. Also, the employees there damaged my bike even more; I can't ride it at all anymore.

A year ago, I brought my bike in for a service. When I dropped it off, all the essentials were discussed with me, and a cost estimate was given. The maintenance and repairs were completed on time. The final cost was significantly lower than the estimate, as, for example, the timing belt replacement turned out not to be necessary after all. A week ago, we bought two QIO bikes here. Again, the service was excellent, the price was right, the extras were installed as ordered, and our bikes were ready for pickup in no time. I also received immediate and uncomplicated help when I had a flat tire. Besides the expertise in the advice and workshop work, I appreciate the friendly interaction with customers and among the staff. I highly recommend this shop and workshop. Summer Update: After returning home from my summer vacation, my bike wouldn't start. A call to the workshop: "Sure, come by with your bike after lunch. Please bring your smartphone with you." The technician unerringly grabbed a cable, gave it a quick press, and click—everything was working again. The connector on one of the cables had come loose. I had checked the connection myself beforehand, but underestimated the pressure required. I'm just an amateur. But I'm sure my bike is in very good hands at this workshop. Since then, I've been riding it daily without any problems.

A super nice shop with really good advice! You can immediately tell that the people here put their heart and soul into their work. What's especially nice is that even small and young visitors are always treated with kindness and helpfulness. That's really not a given these days. I received excellent support and was surprised with a small gift – a nice sign that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I'll definitely be back!

I took a bike there for a service, which I didn't buy from RR Bikes. I was very satisfied with the work and the entire process. The gears are perfectly adjusted again. Very transparent and reliable. I'll be back...

Great workshop and a really special owner. The repair was done very carefully. I paid less than agreed. Large supply store. From the outside it looks very unassuming. You have to go inside. I will definitely go there again.

Good Service even under the adverse circumstances at the moment. Some guys are friendlier then others but overall I was quite happy.
