Wow, thank you, amazing! We would live in a wonderful world if all shops and employees were like this! Without an appointment, I was taken care of immediately, sometimes by four specialists at once, all advising each other and me. Super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and incredibly motivated. Simply a fantastic shop. This is the place to buy your bike! Or get it repaired. I can't thank you enough! PS: Beware of buying bikes online. Especially from classified ads. Perfect. Highly recommended. The shifter on my e-bike was broken. Four bike shops refused to repair it, but here they went to incredible lengths and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. They did it with enthusiasm and enjoyment. One employee even finished it at home (using tools he had there). Despite the amount of work involved, the price was good. When I picked it up, everything was explained to me again. ALL the employees were very friendly. Exceptional! THANK YOU!

Super friendly and helpful staff. My bicycle crank was replaced and checked the same day without an appointment. Since the damage was to the bottom bracket, an appointment was quickly arranged and the repair was carried out at short notice. I can highly recommend this team/shop; they are experienced and knowledgeable people – top-notch! 👍🏻
