You're greeted warmly and always offered help, no matter what your request. I have difficult children who are constantly complaining. "This doesn't fit," "That's too tight!" 🙈😅 But this sports shop solves all your problems, and you leave happy and satisfied. Two thumbs up from me! 👍 The staff is very friendly and helpful. After a long time, I visited the shop again because I wanted to buy some new inline skates. For that, I'm giving them five stars today! The service was great! Friendly, honest, and very courteous. I was able to test the good inline skates right there in the store (I'm glad it worked out without any accidents). Excellent value for money. Great staff. I don't come here often, but so far, every purchase I've made has been a positive one. So, I'm giving them a friendly review. 😊

A super tidy and extremely well-organized shop. It's always a pleasure to visit, even just to browse. The service is also outstanding. They take their time for each customer and explain everything down to the smallest detail. You feel incredibly welcome and valued as a customer, which is sadly rare these days. Keep up the great work! They're always happy to help, even if something isn't in stock and not currently available in the shop. I'll definitely be back! Thanks and see you soon!

I needed new running shoes, so I visited Intersport Guevenc in the Stadtgalerie. After expert and friendly advice, I left the sports store with new running shoes. I'm always surprised by how wide a selection this small store offers. See you soon 👋

Absolutely outrageous. They're turning customers away from the store because they can't wear a mask for health reasons. Discrimination against sick people who would have gladly supported the store with a purchase. Not only discriminatory, but also humiliating and disrespectful. What has become of us? My entire family will never set foot in one of their stores again.

Hello Ms. Ritter.<br><br>We do not discriminate against anyone in any way based on any facts. We respect all exemptions from the mask requirement. Nevertheless, to protect our other customers and our employees, we cannot allow entry without a face mask. This is also indicated at the entrance. We are happy to offer those who are exempt from the mask requirement due to health reasons an appointment outside of our usual business hours. If the way my colleague communicated this was inappropriate, I am very sorry. I have taken this incident as an opportunity to raise awareness among my colleagues that this issue must be handled differently. From start to finish, the staff was sensational... From a brief phone call to the consultation, especially during the Corona pandemic, they were incredibly polite and helpful. They explained to us precisely and in detail what helmets our daughter needed and paid close attention to the fit! Thank you so much!

I've been here many times and will continue to go back. The service is truly excellent! Even if you just want to browse, the salespeople leave you in peace. They cover everything related to sports enthusiasts: hiking, running, cycling accessories, and more.
