We first noticed BOB.bike at the trade fair in Essen. A young, very friendly, and helpful employee there gave us such motivated and competent advice that, as an avid road cyclist, I decided to visit the shop in Wuppertal with my wife. We wanted to finalize the purchase of our bicycle there. As it turned out, the young man – David – was actually responsible for the workshop and not for sales. We found that a bit disappointing, even though the salesperson who then served us was also very competent. One minor point of criticism: The payment process caused a brief moment of confusion, as cash payments weren't accepted. Perhaps they could have mentioned that to us at the beginning. Otherwise, everything was absolutely fantastic! I wish there were more young, dynamic, and knowledgeable employees like David. He's a true professional, and it was thanks to him that we first discovered BOB.bike. Keep up the good work – I highly recommend the shop in Wuppertal!

So, we decided on an e-bike rather spontaneously. We were in the area, so we said, "Let's have a look," and just like that... Although the reception at the owner's place was really bad: we waited at least 10 minutes while he typed something on his computer in his office. Luckily, his employee then came, and he was super friendly. Also very competent. He took all the time in the world to explain and show us everything... We were even able to test all the models we wanted. I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised that he asked about our needs in such detail and analyzed them thoroughly. I wouldn't have expected such a detailed approach at a bike shop. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name :(. But he's young, new, and has a real passion for biking. Definitely ask for him :) Anyway, we bought a bike for €3600 (a good salesman, I'll say it again :)) and we left our "old" e-bike to give away/store. Now comes the best part: last week we received a reminder that we hadn't picked up the bike and that we have to pay storage fees... We paid €3600 for the new bike... I find storage fees really outrageous... Especially when the warehouse is almost empty :) Well, customer service is definitely lacking there... But luckily there's the new young employee. He's great. I'll have to ask his name ;-)

I'd been looking for an e-bike for a while. I came across BOB.Bike online. I went straight to the outlet the next day. After a brief discussion about my needs and a quick look through the display, the employee pointed out a brand new addition that wasn't yet refurbished. I took a test ride and bought it right away, at a very fair price. By the way: It's a dream bike (Riese & Müller Supercharger Touring GT). Thank you again, and see you next time.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the bike, the price, and the excellent customer service, right through to the final purchase. There's a super-large parking lot for a test ride. I quickly found the right bike and bought it at a fantastic price: a new Kalkhoff Entice 5.B Advance+ 29W. It was €2,224.50 (50% off) instead of €4,449. It was a real treat. Thank you!

I bought a 2023 Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 625 at the BoB Bike Outlet today. Both the initial contact by phone and the subsequent consultation in person were excellent. The bike I wanted was presented to me, I took it for a test ride in the yard, and I immediately felt comfortable. I made a down payment in the morning and picked up the bike in the afternoon. Everything was perfect!

Not for people who have their bikes insured. Just a hassle with the bill, one warning letter after another. If you call the number from the warning letter, you get the next number, and then you call the next one, and they tell you they'll take care of it, and a few weeks later you get another warning letter from the person you called first... And the insurance company never received an invoice to pay.

I'm absolutely thrilled! I bought a gravel bike five months ago. It was an absolute steal in terms of value for money. The customer service is first-class – the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They really took the time to answer all my questions and recommend the perfect bike for my needs.

I bought today a Stevens Courier Luxe from Bob Bike and I recommend the place if you are also looking for a bike! I got great advices, was able to try several bikes to choose the one it fit best my needs, size and budget. Very friendly and knowledgeable people!
