We've been bringing our bikes here for servicing regularly for the past four years and have always found the workshop's approach and the concept behind it, along with the staff, to be excellent. Unfortunately, however, we've noticed a significant decline in the quality of work over the last two years. Problems have arisen after almost every service – whether with the gears or a newly installed chain. During the last service, the tire casing was also remounted because it was installed backwards. This damaged the inner tube, leading to a slow puncture. In this case, only the inner tube needed replacing. We arrived at the workshop two hours before closing time, having arranged it in advance. Despite this, the staff felt unable to change the inner tube in that time and asked us to leave the bike there. What's particularly disappointing for us is that this was a defect caused by the workshop itself. Neither a solution nor an apology was offered. Therefore, we no longer consider the service to be satisfactory. We will not be using this workshop again in the future – a real shame. 😔

At Fahrradmeisterei, our goal is to provide all customers with top-quality service and repairs.<br><br>To ensure this, all repairs are inspected by our staff to guarantee they are carried out correctly and without errors before the customer receives their bicycle back.<br><br>Last Saturday, neither the master mechanic nor the project manager was present for this inspection. Therefore, our staff informed you that the bicycle would have to remain with us for the time being. I took two e-bikes to the bike repair shop for various repairs. The repairs were completed relatively quickly and at a very fair price. I was contacted and informed about some unforeseen issues. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The bike repair shop is highly recommended and deserves a full five stars.

I was there for a screw for a Nexus hub gear! Very friendly and thorough. I can highly recommend them! Customer service was clearly a priority, and their proactive approach to addressing my issue and following up by phone was also very customer-oriented. 10 out of 10 points.

Very courteous, friendly, and on top of that, they do excellent work. I had my bike in for inspection and repair. Everything was done satisfactorily. 5 stars. Price: TOP

Yesterday I had the idea of buying a bike there (I've been looking for a while)... I took my old one with me to get rid of it if possible. However, when I asked if they also bought bikes, I was snapped at because they said, "No, you've come to the wrong place... NO!" But it was very disrespectful and unfriendly. I didn't like it. Later I asked if he could show me a nice trekking bike and he pulled out an old mountain bike. Peeling paint, broken... I didn't like it - that's my opinion. Then I asked someone else and he grinned and said I shouldn't come back until I was really interested. They don't take you seriously. I had €300 with me. Bad luck for the bike repair shop. I won't go there anymore and would advise you against it too.

We had agreed on a maximum of €80 for the service, or that they would contact us if more was required. But no one called - when we picked it up it suddenly cost €135...and didn't even go over it with a damp cloth.

I'm absolutely thrilled. All the staff are very friendly and deliver competent work at a reasonable price. No endless waiting times or excuses. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Keep up the good work!

Very competent advice and service. I took my bike in for repairs, but it would have cost me even more. So, I could have opted for a cheaper bike or repairs. I decided on the other bike and am very happy with it. Thank you for the friendly service!

What a great shop! 👍👍👍👍👍 I went there without an appointment because I had a problem with my hydraulic drum brakes. At first, they wanted to keep my bike, but then they repaired it right away—how awesome is that?! Everything was done in an hour, and the brakes were working perfectly again. And all for a great price! Thank you to the whole team at Fahrradmeisterei.
