As always, I'm thrilled! All the work was carried out professionally, and the rather extensive damage was repaired quickly, with excellent advice on how to proceed with the insurance company. The whole team was also incredibly friendly... I'd gladly use their services again, keep up the great work!

Hello everyone, A few months ago we bought a car and are extremely satisfied with the service. Mr. Flenders, the salesman, was very accommodating. Although we did experience some initial problems with the new car, they were all resolved promptly and without any hassle. That's truly first-class service! Last weekend I was planning to drive to Berlin (600km away) when my car's spring broke, and my weekend was hanging by a thread. Thanks to the fantastic team at Flender, they all managed to replace the broken spring the same day, saving my weekend. Thanks again! Definitely recommend them!

Top-notch workshop. Finally, someone I trust in the workshop again! A competent mechanic immediately identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and even kindly cleaned my engine compartment with compressed air. The moment you arrive at reception, you realize the owner not only knows his stuff but also delivers results. You can immediately see the more professional approach, as evidenced by the recent renovations. I booked an appointment right away to have the power steering pump replaced, and the estimate was quite reasonable.

Stephanie and her co-workers really saved me when my Passat needed a change of oil sensors and oil. Not only did they have a time already the day after I called but Stephanie was super-friendly and service minded and they fixed my car in a heartbeat. Me and my dogs could drive on to Portugal only thanks to Flender Automobile Repair! Highly recommended and they speak English!

I had my car repaired there; several things needed to be done. The car stayed there for a week, and everything was taken care of by a competent employee named Patrick. At the end of the day, the car received a nice new MOT. Excellent service, highly recommended. Regards

We at Lauf-Freude have been having our cars serviced here for years and were pleasantly surprised today. Since the change of ownership, they are clearly very service-oriented and extremely friendly and helpful. As good service has become increasingly rare in recent years, stopping by here is a real treat. Besides prompt service (both on the phone and in person), you even get a smile and the impression that they are happy to have you as a customer. The work was top-notch and flawless. I actually had a pretty good opinion of Flender until last year when I went there with our Beetle and had a problem with the windshield wipers... admittedly, it was a fault that didn't always occur. The fault wasn't found, and they billed me for services that hadn't actually been performed. This became clear later when I finally disassembled the windshield wiper motor myself. They had previously charged for the installation and removal, as well as the sealing of the connector. However, the connector in question was so dirty that these services couldn't have been performed. I then also discovered that the problem lay with the corresponding relay... Unfortunately, this wasn't identified either... Not quite as convincing in this case...

Today was my first time at the Flender garage, where I dropped off my car for repairs. The staff gave me a very friendly welcome. Based on my experience, the garage and office are in excellent condition and very clean! More to come later!! Rolf Schröder
