The service is disorganized, completely lacking in professionalism; they're not even capable of wiping surfaces, judging by the chaos in the store, and yet they're still allowed to serve customers. It works fine without me, but I don't think it will last much longer with this attitude and these opinions... The manager is incredibly rude. When he sees that someone has had enough of his behavior and wants to leave, he tells them to get lost... He desperately wants to show how important he is, but he's just demonstrating how worthless he is. It's sad to see such a person.

This was my first and last time in this store. The service is appalling; the employees don't deserve their pay. Not everyone is suited to working with customers, and this is proof of that... poor manners and sheer rudeness! As you can see from other reviews, everyone agrees, and the few positive reviews are probably written by the store's own staff. You can always spend a few hundred euros at a different store instead of supporting people who think they're kings of the earth.

The only challenge the employees in this store face is finding the customer's shoes in the stockroom. They can't even manage that. Perhaps you should adjust your actions to the skills of your employees. Totally disorganized and incompetent. Very poor...

Statement from the boss: "I don't care whether you buy shoes here or not, I make enough money here. It works without you." This was about an exchange – instead of being accommodating to customers or at least politely declining, they were banned from the store and made disrespectful comments. Even strangers who saw the situation found the behavior incredibly unprofessional. I won't buy anything from you again – it works without me. 😉 I hope I was able to help some people make the right purchasing decision with this review.

rude, arrogant, very unpleasant experience. I bought 4 pairs of sneakers. One was damaged after a day of wearing. We tried to replace them. The manager literally kicked us out by threatening to call security.
