The people who work here love their jobs! My daughter had a problem with her bike. Without an appointment or any waiting time, a helpful and technically skilled colleague immediately took care of it and fixed the issue. They do a great job here, with care and a focus on sustainability, all at very fair prices. You don't find that very often these days. A truly fantastic company with friendly and kind people. I had a bike fitting with Justus and I'm extremely satisfied! Justus took his time, was very knowledgeable, always paid attention to detail, and provided excellent support in navigating the balance between personal preference and physiological principles/data-based recommendations. The atmosphere was very pleasant throughout, and I was always asked how I felt about the changes. If I wasn't quite sure how to assess the situation myself, he always offered helpful advice. The technical equipment was also excellent – ​​a camera was used to capture my riding position, which was then analyzed with software and used to suggest adjustments. My position on the saddle was also measured using pressure point analysis. I could always review the results myself on the computer to understand what aspects of my riding position needed improvement. He always clearly explained how each problem could be solved and what I could and couldn't generally expect from a bike fitting. Overall, we made numerous adjustments to saddle height, saddle position, cleat settings, STI lever angle, and handlebar reach. The whole process only ended when I felt we were finished, and there was never any pressure to complete it by a certain time or anything like that. On a ride yesterday, I immediately noticed the positive changes. My pedal stroke is noticeably smoother, my hand position on the handlebars has improved, and overall, the bike feels much more responsive. I've hardly ever seen better value for money when it comes to bike modifications! Aside from the bike fitting, I also had a positive impression of the shop. The people who work there all seemed very friendly, and I think they're all highly qualified and the shop's concept is very quality-oriented. So, I'll definitely be back and will recommend the shop to others so it stays open in Wuppertal. :)

Based on previous reviews and because the shop is nearby, I drove here today on short notice and without an appointment (gear shifting problems) and was really lucky. Despite repairs and an upcoming vacation (they were only supposed to complete existing orders), - short wait, of course - an employee took my mountain bike between repairs, looked at it, adjusted it, and got it ready. A quick test ride, and I can start my tour on Saturday without any problems. Definitely deserves a thumbs up 👍 and praise for the 'unbureaucratic' service. Thank you!

It's make me happy to know there is that kind of places. I know it's just a bike-repairing shop, but I love when I go to a shop and I see that the people working there are doing it with pleasure! The person (owner I suppose) was really nice and cool. It was a pleasure to meet him!
