On Saturday, my wife and I visited Radfinesse in Wuppertal because we're interested in Brompton folding bikes – perfect for taking along in our camper van. The owner advised us with incredible passion and expertise. You can immediately tell that he's completely committed to the brand. His enthusiasm for Brompton isn't feigned, but genuine and authentic – and that's what makes all the difference. We especially appreciated being able to take extensive test rides on all the models we were considering. No time pressure, no forced sales pitch, just honest, expert advice on equal terms. Highly recommended for anyone interested in high-quality folding bikes. 🚲

I felt immediately welcome upon entering the store, and the staff always went out of their way to ensure all customer needs were met. The workshop staff also seemed very courteous and helpful. I'll gladly come back!

A great workshop with very helpful and competent mechanics and salespeople. Even though I had purchased from another dealer, they immediately helped me fix an annoying error made by the seller (test mode not deleted, thus preventing full use of the bike). Otherwise, I would have had to drive over 200 km there and back for repairs. Without any questions or reservations (which would have been understandable, since I had purchased from someone else), I was offered unconditional, direct assistance, and the service was promptly provided. That's what I call customer service, and I will therefore only have my inspections and repairs done there in the future. Once again, sincere thanks for the quick help 👍👍👍 Martin Hybel
