We went to the store with our family, including a small child, to buy items worth approximately €340. At the entrance, we were greeted politely and asked if we needed any assistance, which we declined. However, we were then observed very conspicuously and intrusively by an older gentleman who appeared to hold a managerial position (presumably the manager). He followed us closely and persistently for an extended period, going far beyond normal attentiveness. This behavior made us feel very strongly that we were under suspicion. Browsing the merchandise or making a purchase decision was no longer possible under these circumstances. We felt extremely uncomfortable and ultimately left the store without buying anything. We are adults in our forties with a young child – such behavior towards customers is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Our child was also very disappointed.

Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant employee who constantly stood next to people, looked as if they were about to steal something, and followed them everywhere. Otherwise, the store has great products, but because of the staff, I wouldn't go there again.

I've been a regular customer for 20 years, buying my football boots there every season, until the day the salesman tried to sell me some leftover stock or overstock. The salesman told me it was perfectly normal for the boots to pinch on the sides and that the pressure in the heel area would ease automatically once they were broken in. After just three games, I'm now dealing with severe health problems, including multiple pressure points and blisters on my feet. When I pointed out the problem to the salesman, he simply said, "We don't exchange worn boots." Thanks a lot! Neither I nor anyone I know will ever set foot in this store again, and we recommend everyone get professional, honest, and accurate advice elsewhere. One star for 20 years of customer loyalty.

I've always hated being watched while shopping... But I've never experienced anything like this before. My help was politely declined, and the man continued to follow me around, constantly staring at me. It could have been a great store, but unfortunately, I couldn't buy anything because it made me very uncomfortable.
