Super friendly and highly competent staff who always take care of everything quickly. From purchase to maintenance and repairs, I've always received excellent advice here. When damage was covered under warranty, they even loaned me a comparable cargo bike. And that was despite the fact that the defect was clearly the manufacturer's responsibility. Simply lovely people! I can highly recommend them!!

An incredibly wonderful and competent owner. I've never felt such a strong urge to give someone a good review before. Many teachers could learn a thing or two from his social skills; then schools for "special needs" children wouldn't have such a bad reputation. Thank you for the fantastic experience.

We bought a tandem from Supercargo and picked it up today. The instruction from the experienced specialist was extremely detailed and lasted almost two hours. The tips on bike touring, maintenance, adjustments, and handling were very helpful. We were shown everything and then tried out every adjustment option ourselves. I came here on my neighbor's recommendation to have my Bullitt e-cargo bike serviced. Contacting them by phone, the on-site consultation, and the explanation of the work performed were all very pleasant. The price for the service was also reasonable. 🙂 I was offered a loaner bike while it was being serviced, so I could drop my bike off during a break at work and pick it up afterward. I'll gladly come back to Supercargo anytime my bike needs some TLC. Highly recommended! 💯

I live right around the corner and am very happy to have Supercargo, a competent bike shop in my neighborhood. I regularly take my bike (not a cargo bike) to Tobias and Paolo for inspections and major and minor repairs. The two are super friendly. They've already given me lots of tips for minor repairs and maintenance. The prices are transparent and, as best as possible, tailored to your budget. There are three rates: social, regular, and royal. I also really enjoy chatting with them and always feel very comfortable there. Thank you, dear neighbors! Cheers!

Super friendly staff and a great concept: Payment for services (like repairs and inspections) is based on what the customer values ​​or can afford. This concept of the common good economy is also reflected in the fact that customers can be present during repairs and learn how to do them themselves next time. This concept is what makes Supercargo so appealing to me. It's always an experience to be there, not just paying for a service. I've only seen the cargo bikes themselves, but they make a good, high-quality impression. Repairs to my e-bike have always been carried out carefully and professionally.

5 out of 5 comets ;-) Tobi and Paolo are a very open, friendly, and fantastic team, and they were the main reason we bought our Urban Arrow from Supercargo. Tobi's calm demeanor, combined with his expertise, ultimately convinced me (a cargo bike novice) to buy from him. The initial inspection only reinforced this impression. The kids enjoy the cargo bike every day, so this decision was absolutely the right one. Supercargo is always worth a visit. I'll definitely be back!

I'm very satisfied and happy with Supercargo. I got a service appointment for my bike very quickly, whereas other bike shops/repair shops sometimes have waiting lists of weeks or even months. Even minor repairs were carried out quickly and reliably. The service was friendly and competent. Truly excellent! =)

For me, Supercargo is the top choice in and around Wuppertal when it comes to cargo bikes. They have a remarkable and constantly growing selection of cargo bikes for a wide variety of purposes. But what truly makes Supercargo special is the owner and his concept. It's about so much more than just selling bikes – it's about a culture of mobility. Many thanks to Tobias for your expert advice, your patience, and the numerous test rides ;-)!!! We've had our cargo bike for almost a year now and haven't regretted our decision for a single moment.
