The first time, the mechanic couldn't fix the problem due to a lack of technical expertise, but I still paid. Now I wanted to buy a helmet for my daughter, but I was forbidden from entering the store with my BMX bike, as everything would get damaged. Incredibly rude. Never again. No wonder they go bankrupt.

I'm very disappointed with the non-existent customer service. The website states that you should send an email to schedule a workshop appointment. I did so. The company's response: nothing! This is unacceptable. I bought the bike there, and they explicitly state that they take care of their customers. I understand that the workshop is busier in the summer, but no response? After a week? No, that's unacceptable. I can't recommend this shop. What a shame...

I bought two e-bikes a month ago. The service and advice were fantastic; I was able to take my bikes home immediately. The after-sales service has also been seamless so far. I would gladly use this company again and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

I received my bicycle before the stated delivery date after a professional consultation. The consultation was excellent; all my questions were answered. The employee knew exactly what she was talking about. Thank you so much! Even after delivery, the entire team provided me with very professional assistance with the individual configuration. I feel well taken care of and will continue to be a customer there.

First, I called. The man on the other end took a lot of time for me and was incredibly friendly. The entire consultation was professional and exceptionally customer-oriented! After receiving advice over the phone, I went to the store to pick up the bike. Everything was perfect there too! The process was quick, the bike was there upon arrival, fully assembled and exactly what I needed! In short: I'm absolutely thrilled! Very, very nice and competent staff!

At the beginning of the month, we had a consultation at Zweirad Experte Wuppertal regarding the purchase of an e-bike. The consultation was friendly and professional, with helpful recommendations. We ended up buying a KTM Macina Style XL. Thank you very much.

Update April 2019 Why do I need to revise my previous review? Because a simple email should at least be answered after the second inquiry, especially when the customer wants to make a purchase. Business customers are accustomed to this form of communication. Because recommendations aren't valued. A friend wanted to buy a high-quality e-bike from them based on my recommendation and was left standing in the store. Because it takes 30 minutes to pay for an item at the checkout on Saturdays because no one is there to handle the cashier or provide advice. Because, in retrospect, the sales advice wasn't quite as good as initially rated. I wanted top-of-the-line components like lights, but at the time, I wasn't really familiar with the topic. After a year with the bike, it's clear that the quality of the components wasn't good. Because they aren't willing to look beyond their product range and perhaps order something or research options for the customer. Decent mudguards for my fat bike are available from other retailers or can be ordered. Conclusion: It's a shame that my enthusiasm from March 2018 had to be dampened so much. I like to buy local and am even willing to pay more, but it shouldn't be this difficult. While searching for our new company e-bike, we came across "Der Zweirad Experte" (The Two-Wheel Expert). We received very competent advice from Ms. Mentzel and bought a fantastic bike. I can highly recommend them!

These guys do an awesome job of fixing bikes. Always friendly and quick to help with good and honest recommendations. Also the shop has quite a good selection of stuff, not very well sorted for the gravity oriented rider, but still good. I would recommend checking them out.
