I give it full marks. Super friendly and not pushy at all. I picked up my bike today and everything was explained to me in great detail. I was even able to test ride different bikes despite the bad weather. I would definitely buy a bike there again. Highly recommended!!

Great shop and highly recommended. I was looking for a new bike for my son. After five unsuccessful visits, we found what we were looking for here. Great advice, a large selection, and testing it outside was no problem. We'd be happy to come back.

We visited the shop on a Saturday without an appointment and received some advice. Despite the high volume of customers, Heiko took the time to give us a thorough consultation. We were able to try out various bikes and take them for test rides, and all our questions were patiently answered. After the consultation, we chose two bikes, which we were able to pick up just one week later. I especially appreciate that Heiko continued to be available for us afterward – we had some follow-up questions and needed accessories, and the service was once again outstanding. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We leased two bikes. Mr. Frömberg's consultation was very professional and pleasant. He addressed our wishes and needs without always offering the most expensive product, but rather the one that best suited our requirements! I highly recommend Veloland Wuppertal and Mr. Frömberg! P.S.: The process through Jobrad was also very quick and easy.
