I haven't had such comprehensive advice in ages. I got to know and try out several bikes. All without stress and rush. Price wasn't discussed; instead, you get a cost estimate, so you can think about it in peace.

On a weekend trip with friends from Borken to Cologne, I realized my tires were low on air. Luckily, Roll-Tech was along the way, and they helped me immediately. There's also an air pump right outside the shop, with a decent cash amount 😊 Since the shop was still open, they even helped me with the floor pump. This allowed us to continue our journey quickly! Thank you so much for that! Great service!

We were only in Xanten for two days, and our almost new e-bike wasn't working. We found the Reineke company online and drove there with the bike on the back of the car. We arrived at 12:29 PM. It was lunchtime at 12:30 PM. Nevertheless, the owner looked at the bike, found the problem, and was able to repair it within minutes. And he didn't even ask for payment. Despite it being lunchtime and considering we won't be regular customers, the service was simply fantastic. Our short vacation was saved. Thanks again!

My wife and I moved to Xanten about five years ago and stumbled across the Roll-tech Reineke website. Since we always had problems with our buttocks and back on longer bike rides, we booked an appointment for their "Ergonomic Consultation." We brought our e-bikes to the consultation and immediately felt we were in good hands with Mr. Mats Mehnert. He took ample time to address our issues – including a complete ergonomic fitting with a 3D scan, sit bone measurement, and more. The consultation was friendly and professional, and after more than two hours, we found a very good solution to our problem. Therefore, we give them five stars and can definitely recommend Roll-tech Reineke.

Excellent service from the very first moment. Adjustments to my Hase Lepus were carried out competently, quickly, and professionally. Plenty of time was taken for fine-tuning, all my questions were answered thoroughly, and I even recommended them today to a lady who was having problems with her pedals. I'm so happy to finally be able to feel the wind in my face again and have gained so much quality of life.
