While looking for shoes and pants for a cycling holiday, we discovered this shop thanks to a tip from a friend. We received friendly and very competent advice. We were particularly impressed by the wide range of sizes available – perhaps not always the most common ones. The prices also fit our budget, so we left the store with a well-filled bag. This shop is highly recommended!

This was my first time in the sports shop, and I bought some running shoes. I usually buy my running shoes in large sports stores, but I never received good advice there. That's why I decided to try Herbst Sports. I received professional and very friendly service. I felt very comfortable there. I will definitely buy my next pair of running shoes here again.

Excellent service and friendly contact, even from outside Xanten. Mr. Herbst was a great help with a material defect on the shoe and was able to assist quickly and easily. Highly recommended – the place in Xanten for sneakers and the "ON" brand! Thank you so much!!!

My wife and I were here in Xanten for a short break. My darling was looking for Cloud 5 shoes and received excellent advice in the shop. She bought a pair and is very happy with them. Then it was my turn, and after some truly extensive advice, I finally found what I was looking for. My compliments go to the two sales assistants/consultants who really went out of their way to help me – even exchanging the shoelaces because I didn't like the color. After all the diligent trying on, we were treated to a glass of water. My deepest respect for the humanity and philosophy behind running a specialty shop. Thank you, Anja and Enno!

We were searching for football boots for my son at Sport Herbst – a search that is obviously extremely difficult, almost hopeless at the moment – and after several previous disappointments, we didn't have high expectations. In the store, we were greeted very warmly by the staff, and at first it seemed as if our search would be unsuccessful here as well. Then, however, a staff member disappeared into the stockroom and actually returned with three boxes. And, lo and behold, the second attempt was a complete success! Fantastic dedication! We'll definitely be back.

Sport Herbst: We always enjoy visiting because of the highly competent advice and excellent service. Here we can see, touch, try on, and buy the products, and the selection of sportswear and leisurewear is very large. If a size is not in stock, the owners and staff do their best to obtain the garment as quickly as possible.
