Unprofessional. Taking in a bicycle for repair: We were pressured to finance another bicycle "at a low cost." When we refused, we received our bicycle back from the workshop in poor condition. Not recommended!!

I had a flat tire a while ago during a gravel race, and neither I nor any of the other participants could fix it quickly. mp2radshop was practically around the corner, so I just showed up there without an appointment. They helped me without any fuss and solved the problem, even though they were busy with other customers. I didn't even have to wait long. While I was waiting, I had a look around the shop; it's really well-stocked. Thanks for the quick help!

An inspection was carried out here on August 15, 2025, which cost approximately €190. However, the bicycle was not returned properly, as it was still dirty. I'm not sure if the service was performed entirely according to the manufacturer's instructions. Unfortunately, this cannot be verified. I was not happy that this happened. They offered to redo everything afterward, but I didn't have the time or inclination to leave my bicycle there again. The pedals weren't checked either, even though I had requested it, and I had to pay more than originally agreed. Furthermore, I'm not sure what they did, but now it's impossible to remove the battery. It's likely they turned the keys incorrectly. I definitely cannot recommend this shop.

Amazing service and very friendly staff. I went there for an update (XC Gen 2) – it was straightforward and didn't require an appointment… and no, I didn't buy my bike there… There are several smaller dealers, or rather, one dealer in Mainz who wouldn't even give you the time of day if you didn't buy the bike there… so MP2 Team 👍👍👍

I hit a thorn on a long bike ride and got a flat tire. After a quick call, I received quick and easy assistance. Within 15 minutes, the tire was patched, and I was able to continue my ride. Great service and very friendly staff. Thank you so much again 👍

I bought a Feldmeier e-bike from Mr. Pelzer. For me, the term "expert" would be an understatement. I'd describe Mr. Pelzer more as an artist. All my questions were answered promptly, and he took a lot of time with me. I didn't know what I wanted to buy beforehand, but in the end, as the saying goes, I got a bike that was tailor-made for me. ^^ :-P After the consultation, I received a free home delivery. Thank you, Mr. Pelzer, you've gained a new regular customer. :-)

A big THANK YOU from me for: -The friendliness of the manager and the entire team -Professional expertise -Helpfulness -Patience for all my requests -Great tips This is a specialist shop worthy of the name. I bought things and had repairs done there years ago. And because everything was always great, I bought my e-bike there. Highly recommended, even if you just want to have repairs done without having bought the bike there. The fact that you have to wait for appointments is due to the small team and is absolutely fine.
