I bought a full-suspension e-bike from B.O.C and I'm very happy with it. The advice I received from Mr. Dunker and Mr. Germann was truly excellent. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable, and they took plenty of time to explain everything to me in detail. I was able to look at various models and received an honest recommendation that perfectly suited my needs. You can immediately tell that they have expertise and experience. The service in the store was very pleasant and professional overall. I can definitely recommend the store and especially the advice I received from Mr. Dunker and Mr. Germann.

Great shop, we felt right at home. After receiving excellent and professional advice from Nico Germann, we felt very well taken care of. You could really tell the difference compared to many large bicycle discounters. After visiting many different shops, my girlfriend finally bought her e-bike there, or rather, leased it through her company bike program. They took plenty of time and answered all our questions professionally. I'm still looking for my e-bike, but once I've made my decision, I'll definitely go to Mr. Germann's shop too!

I have visited this shop three times to buy new parts for our bicycles..the staff are always friendly and informative and ready to help with any questions, weather I ask with my not so good German or my even worse English, thank you from an English guy living in Germany

(update below) I absolutely cannot recommend this store. When my friend and I decided we should find her a bike so we could ride together we realized that she probably didn’t need a higher end bike like mine purchased from a reputable local bike shop. Against my better judgment, we decided to try a “big box” store to see what they might have for her. I had already had a bad experience a year prior at another big box store in Mainz and this BOC location had better reviews so we decided to give it a try. I speak some German, but she is a recent refugee from Ukraine so we were happy when a couple of the employees could communicate with her in English to make sure she got what would work for her (though it’s not so hard as she is not a “Profi”). We spent over an hour test riding and buying additional accessories. We picked a bike that she had ridden around the parking lot (so it was already assembled) and completed the purchase. We were then asked to pick it up after 1400 the next day once it would be “ready”. You know, the already assembled bike. I arrived at 1545 the following day and after an hour of waiting I began writing this review. I’ve been assured three separate times that the bike will be ready in “5 minutes or so”. Still waiting. Never again, and I hope I serve as a warning to anyone else who needs a bike. UPDATE: Since posting this review, the manager reached out with an apology letter, explaining how short staffed they are. That could be however, there was more than one person in the back "Werkstatt", and I'm still at a loss as to what work needed more than 24 hours (plus the extra hour+ I waited) to prepare an already assembled bike. Nevertheless, I have adjusted my review to reflect my appreciation for the care he took in responding personally in an attempt to make up for a bad experience.

Best bike shop on Mainz/Wiesbaden area!! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, focusing on the best bike for you! We worked with an amazing salesman named Thomas who went above and beyond to help us out! Vast inventory and competitive pricing and plenty of parking! The track around the store was so fun to really get the feel for each bike. We will definitely be buying all of our family’s bikes from this store!
