Most amazing bikeshop, I have ever been! I went there to pick up my Jobrad, Mr. Stefan Engelmann help me to assemble my new bike! He was very helpful, answered all my questions! This place is really a heaven for bikers!

My feedback is rather for service station. Just returned from the shop, we bought bicycle for our kid. Logically we were advised by sales consultant to visit service for purchase-check and initial configuration, we spent 85 minutes in the queue just to hear from service worker: "oh sorry we are closing in 30 minutes, we won't make it to prepare yours today". Why? It's a new bike and service is taking 5 to 10 minutes max. But okay then I asked if we can leave it and pick tomorrow. The answer is: "no better come over again tomorrow 9:00-9:30" Seriously, we bought bike for a 7y.o child and of course she excited to drive it now and not spend days waiting. Service is 0 stars to be honest. The store looks great though and sales consultant really tried to help us with the choice.

Awesome service! Marian is the perfect person for buying a bike/E-bike from. No fancy sale pitch. Told home the budget and he showed us E-MTB in that range. Bunch of good words as well as experience in the field. We walked out exactly what we wanted. Even at closing time. Thank you again, we will be back for more purchases in the future. James

Our visit to Fahrrad Franz was excellent. Even though he knew we were „just looking“, Marian took so much time and was patient with all my 12-year old son‘s questions about mountain bikes. He explained everything in a way that even I could understand. There was never a moment where I felt pressured to buy. My son especially enjoyed trying out his „dream“ Santa Cruz bike. Thank you Marian for all your time, knowledge and enthusiasm. We will be back and will definitely find you.

Hello, I would like to share with you a good experience I have recently had, although I have never been to your Mainz store before, I had a great experience with only one mail. I ordered 3 garmin products and although one of these products was not in the store, Nicole and Olga had such a good dialogue with me that the problem was solved in a short time and the orders were prepared. I would like to thank them and the entire Mainz management for their dedication and sensitivity from the beginning to the end of the entire ordering process. You can be sure that I will prefer you when I come to Germany from Turkey again. I am even telling my friends in Istanbul about this beautiful experience and they have expressed that they will order from their stores or different Fahrrad Stores in the near future. Finally, I think there is a systemic problem in the tax free process because although it has been 2 weeks, we still have not received the refund, but I believe that this small detail will be resolved in a short time. Thank you very much for everything. You make a difference with your kindness and understanding.

The biggest bicycle shop that I ever visited with a complete range and more than 40 bicycle brands, so you can fit with your taste, preference, requirement and budget. But the coolest thing, you are allowed to try riding all of them on an indoor bicycle lane

We collected our CUBE bikes from Dresden and the staff were extremely helpful with purchasing our bike packs for bike packing in Europe for 6 weeks. We packed up our bikes to return to Australia at Fahrrad XXL Franz Mainz. The staff were excellent in allowing us to pack our bikes in bike boxes ready for our flight from Frankfurt to Australia. We are extremely happy with our CUBE bikes. Thank you everyone

Holy huge bike store with awesome everything. What a great experience I had here and I will definitely be back. Looked for bike shops in the area and came across XXL which needs more XX it’s huge. Two story shop with outstanding customer service. They answered every question I had and then gave their recommendations which I didn’t think about. Tons of bikes and e-bikes galore. Rode a few and then a few more around the indoor track which was awesome to be able to put the bikes to use. Downstairs is parts, clothes, helmets and lots of small parts. I was there for hours and bought things I never knew I needed. Super clean, well organized with friendly professional staff. Thank you for the amazing experience.
