Unfortunately, the service is extremely poor and there's absolutely no customer focus! I've sent the bike in for repair multiple times and it's still broken each time. It's much better to buy from a reputable, high-quality brand than from here. I strongly advise anyone who doesn't want to be disappointed to buy from them.

We bought our second Cube bike from Tarhan yesterday and are completely satisfied; we received excellent advice. The team was also very friendly and accommodating to our needs. This store is highly recommended.

I bought the Cube Reaction Hybrid SLT 800 Trapez in white at the Cube Store in Wiesbaden on January 24, 2026, for a very good price and I'm absolutely thrilled! The advice from Aykut Tarhan was friendly and competent, and the quality of the bike is outstanding. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Yesterday I picked up a new CUBE e-bike from the Cubestore in Wiesbaden. And I have to say, I received a very warm welcome from Aykut (the salesperson in the store), excellent advice, and a truly personal touch. I'm incredibly happy with the service, my new bike, and the high-quality accessories, which were also great value and even came at a discount. I highly recommend that anyone who wants to buy CUBE bikes and accessories, or who already owns one, visit Aykut or the CUBE store in Wiesbaden. It's worth it in every way, as you're treated, advised, and served differently than in other bike shops in the area. At least, that's been my experience.

We picked up our two Cube Nuride Hub Pro Allround 800 bikes yesterday. Tarhan provided excellent advice and support from our initial contact to the purchase. All our questions were answered very kindly and competently. Service as you would wish for! We found our dream bikes here and would like to thank Tarhan very much!

Hi. Dropped into your store yesterday and was greeted by Mr Tarhan. Lovely to get proper customer service and with him being able to speak excellent English really helped me. You didn’t have the new 2026 ONE44 HPC TM 800 in stock but Mr Tarhan found a different 2026 model in size L that fitted me perfectly. Will be dropping in again in a couple of weeks time to check availability again before I order one. Thanks again. Update. Ordered and 2 weeks later Mr Tarhan emailed to say my bike had arrived. Booked my collection date and time and got a great handover. Having worked in sales all my life I always believe that the customer is king and I was not disappointed 😀😀👍

Highly recommended – Cube Store Wiesbaden & salesperson Aykut Tarhan I bought a Cube Reaction Hybrid Race 800 at the Cube Store Wiesbaden and I'm absolutely thrilled! From the initial consultation to delivery, everything was perfect. Salesperson Aykut Tarhan took plenty of time to give me competent and honest advice and answer all my questions in detail. You can immediately tell that someone here works with real passion and expertise. The handover of the bike was also first-class. Everything was explained in detail, the bike was professionally adjusted, and even my phone was set up right away so I could get started right away. Great service, a friendly atmosphere, and top quality—you really couldn't get a better new bike. Many thanks to Aykut and the entire team at the Cube Store Wiesbaden!

We spontaneously decided to visit and just wanted to have a look around. Tarhan gave us advice and took excellent care of us. He gave us time to think it over and was very accommodating. The service was simply perfect. Our e-bike was given a complete check-up after the purchase, and they even installed the Kiox display. Completely satisfied.
