There's nothing negative to say, friendly and competent. They tested my patience a little 😜 but no big deal, my bike is working perfectly again. 😎🙏 I'll definitely take my bike there again anytime.

We dropped my bike off for repairs on Friday shortly before closing time without an appointment and were able to pick it up again on Monday after the repairs were completed. Five stars aren't enough, the team is fantastic, we'll definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend Fahrrad Hammer in Bitterfeld.

You have to give it one star, it would be minus 5!!! So either everyone who commented here was lucky, because the service there is not good, not even close to it. The bike you bring in and tell them what's wrong with it is supposedly not the right one, and it only becomes the same at the next repair. The parts are no longer tightened, everything is loose. Then you accuse them of it being you. That's an absolute disgrace. Everything in this place should be rethought, it would be best if they closed it down. Because you can't even let the driver make fun of you when you pick it up. How this shop still has any customers is a complete mystery to me.

After asking several times and having my bicycle inspected, I still couldn't get it fully repaired at Little John Bikes in Bitterfeld. Luckily, Fahrrad-Hammer is also in Bitterfeld, and they helped me immediately and fixed the problem within three days. Thank you again! You are competent and friendly, and I will definitely recommend you. Thank you.

Excellent service. I showed up with my flat tire an hour before closing time and they repaired it immediately. The price was also perfectly reasonable. I'm very satisfied and can recommend them. 👍

We were seen immediately with our bike, even without an appointment, and a minor issue with the gears was repaired (free of charge). We also purchased three accessories and received excellent advice. We were completely satisfied and will gladly return.
