Thank you for quickly sewing on the luggage nets. They passed the test on the Werra River. Falter RZ85-3 from 1987.

I wanted to have my SE 2005 folding kayak repaired. I was told that 98% of damage is caused by faulty assembly. In my opinion, certain details are poorly designed. A repair appointment couldn't be scheduled because the staff were unavailable. I was simply brushed off. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I ordered from the online shop. What I didn't like so much: It only accepts prepayment, not PayPal or similar. I then have to wait for an email with the billing information. €8.50 shipping on top. And finally, I discovered that I could have gotten the exact same product elsewhere online for half the price...

It was actually closed. But I was able to pick up my sailboat after it was repaired.

I have one of the first boats. Sails, outboard motor, and everything is still in working order. Great boat.

I'm a big fan of Pouch folding boats. I own an RZ85 (built around 1957/58) and am still very happy with it. Pouch manufactures, repairs, and offers spare parts. That's very reassuring as an active folding boat enthusiast. Unfortunately, their customer service is still lacking. My experience was as follows: An original Pouch spare part I ordered was sent to me (after about three months of delivery time), only to be told "it doesn't fit and can't be installed." When I contacted customer service by phone, I encountered a lack of understanding, inflexibility, impatience, and rudeness. They were solely focused on finding arguments to prove that Pouch wasn't at fault. There was no apology or offer of solutions! The experience left a very bitter taste. I unfortunately cannot recommend their customer service at all; it's a real shame.

Contacting them is very difficult. The offered callback service is unavailable, and phone calls are not answered. At least they responded once by email – quite condescending.

Wanted to bring RZ 85 in for repairs. Pre-registration by telephone is not possible, the company's callback service is not available. So, get in the car and drive the 40 kilometers. The boat was not taken away from us because it was too busy, even though we thought we would have enough time to repair it ourselves. There was also no indication on the website that the boats would not be accepted. So - 40 kilometers back without having accomplished anything. How uncomplicated it was back then in Pouch...
