I really like this shop. It has everything you need for your bike in each price range you are looking for. And all are quality products. I bought a bicycle before a month and the service was really great. The staff are really friendly. Mr. Alsakran helped me in getting the right bicycle for my size with all the important components. I recommend this shop 👌

Ordered my new two wheels online. Day after received email that my bike is ready for pick up. Arrived at the store, and was promptly greeted. Multiple employees asked me if i need help - I was browsing around. Huge selection in quite small space. Very organized. Tryout track/circle. Very quick service and great help. In and out in no time. Online prices are around 5-10% less then in store. Recommended.

The two stars go to the bicycle that I bought for my son today. The salesman however is in urgent need of some training where the dealings with customers are concerned - unfriendly, sullen and bossy. On my well-meaning comment that the customer is always right even if that’s not true he replied that luckily Emporon has sufficient General Terms and Conditions to deal with that sort of customer. Well, that was the last time I bought something there.

I had the brake of my Grand Canyon checked and replaced at this shop before a big tour. The first day of the tour the brake failed. I went to a bike shop in Koblenz who said the person who had changed it had broken the hub, forgotten a screw in the handle and left out the break lining. I needed a whole new wheel. I had to stay an extra day in Koblenz and then go to the Canyon shop there. They were so angry when they saw the damage. They replaced the wheel and did not charge for the work.
