I visited the Radwelt.Store today. Since I'm quite tall, it's not so easy to find the right bike, especially knowing what to look out for – I'm no expert. I want a bike that will last for several years. Jakob gave me excellent advice, including a test ride. The atmosphere was very friendly. I highly recommend it. Top-notch!

Unfortunately, my visit wasn't as successful as I'd hoped. There wasn't a single bike available in my size, neither in stock nor available for a test ride. The estimated delivery date of the end of December, or week 14 of 2026, would unfortunately be too late for me. When I mentioned this, I received the comment: "You don't look like the type to ride a bike in -2 degrees Celsius." I found this inappropriate and unhelpful. I was simply looking for a good entry-level gravel bike and wasn't tied to a specific color or price range. Based on this experience, however, I've started looking elsewhere.

Top-notch advice. You're welcome to bring your Cube bike, even if you didn't buy it there. Nice store Too many e-bikes I think people should get more exercise.

The store is clean, well organized with a huge range of bikes. The personel is very helpful with knowledge on bicycles and are willing to answer any questions asked. I ended up buying a bike!

A very nice and cool team with lots of patience and friendliness.
