The service technician in the back of the workshop is extremely helpful and friendly. Even though it became clear relatively quickly in our conversation that he unfortunately couldn't sell me the part I needed, he still helped me and gave me some good tips for working on my bike. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend this workshop. Our gear cable had snapped, we went there first thing in the morning when they opened at 9 a.m., and it was repaired just over half an hour later. It was fantastic that we could continue cycling along the Saale Valley Cycle Path. We received very friendly and competent service. Thank you!

I came here for a bike fitting because of shoulder problems I experience while riding my road bike. I asked about the price beforehand and was told it was normally €85, but possibly negotiable in the shop. However, when I arrived, I was told the price was fixed at €85 and non-negotiable. The bike fitting consisted of some laser measurements of my bike (only from the side) and my body. These measurements were entered into an algorithm that suggested a few minor adjustments based on the desired aggressiveness of the riding position. The person who performed the fitting lacked the expertise we expected to identify the cause of my shoulder problems or to suggest modifications that might alleviate them. Instead, he recommended I see a physiotherapist to have my back "adjusted." I understand that at this price you can't expect high-end technology or a professional fitting – but I at least expected to be observed while cycling, for my riding position to be dynamically assessed, and for me to receive personalized advice regarding my specific issue. None of that happened. The person who helped us was friendly, and if you're completely new to cycling and have no idea how you should sit on a bike, it might be worthwhile to at least get a basic position. However, if you already have experience and want to improve your riding position or alleviate discomfort, I wouldn't recommend going there. In the end, I received a 20% discount because no actual adjustments were made, but it still felt like a waste of time and money.

Our goal is to provide all our customers, whether beginners or experienced road cyclists, with a meaningful and customized result. We take this very seriously.<br>Regarding the price: It's true that we do offer leniency in individual cases, especially when multiple services are booked or when the adjustments required are less extensive. The normal price is €85, as communicated in advance. If the impression has been created that the price can generally be negotiated on-site, we deeply regret this.<br>After consulting with our staff, we would like to add: The seating position you desired already largely corresponded to an ergonomically sound posture. Accordingly, only minor adjustments were necessary, such as adjusting the reach of the brake levers. Another measure, namely lowering the handlebars using the spacers, was explained to you but not implemented at your request. Therefore, you were offered a significantly reduced price, which was important to us in the interest of fairness.<br>In our opinion, the shoulder problems you described, pain, and restricted movement when turning and stretching your head cannot be resolved by changing the bike geometry alone. Therefore, our employee recommended, out of professional responsibility, that you consult a physiotherapist, as the symptoms appear to indicate a muscle blockage or nerve irritation in the shoulder or neck area. This assessment was based on your information and the data from our bike fitting system.<br>We understand that you would have preferred a dynamic analysis and more detailed advice on your symptoms. Our fitting is based on static laser measurement and provides a reliable basis for a suitable sitting position. However, it does not replace a medical examination and is not comparable to a high-end biomechanics laboratory.<br>We deeply regret that you felt our service was a waste of time and money. At the same time, we would like to emphasize that our employee has put a lot of effort into helping you with the existing system and his training, and this is greatly appreciated in many other cases.<br>We cordially invite you to speak with us in person again. Always helpful, and even for minor repairs at short notice. I had a flat tire and they helped me quickly despite their full order book. Larger jobs are also completed to my complete satisfaction by appointment. The price is right, too.

I went to the store to have all the bike's functions checked—cables, bells, and everything else—along with adding a kickstand and inflating the tires. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return for any future bike maintenance or support.

I brought my bike in for servicing. The staff were very friendly. At other bike shops downtown, you get the feeling you're bothering them with your work. Here, they took their time when I dropped off and picked up my bike, explained everything, and gave honest advice. The agreed-upon price was adhered to, and in the end, I have a bike that feels like new.
