Super professional and fast roadside assistance! I had a flat tire and Rad Express came to the rescue perfectly. While they were on the road, I was able to warm up in their car, have a nice chat, and then continue my tour. Highly recommended!

Quick and easy appointment booking. Very friendly and competent contact. Thorough troubleshooting; since my bike couldn't be repaired on-site, it was taken away and, after repair, delivered to my home. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Excellent service! Very friendly, competent, and thorough. Plus, it's incredibly convenient and straightforward – no need to drop and pick up the bikes. Simply hand over the bikes at your doorstep and pick them up later. We're thrilled and will definitely use Rad Express again in the future!

Mr. Koch is super fast, dedicated, friendly, and seems very competent. I'm glad I had the opportunity to get to know him and his service, and I will continue to use him for my annual inspection, among other things. Thanks to the mobile service, I no longer have to worry about how to get my large cargo bike to a workshop. That's a huge burden off my shoulders!

Mr. Koch was punctual and extremely competent. We will definitely use his services again. The price/performance ratio is absolutely right. Before we go to one of the well-known bicycle shop chains, we prefer to make an appointment at RadExpress. Great, convenient, and good. We highly recommend him! 😊

I had my e-bike serviced annually and I'm very satisfied. They not only performed the standard service, but also offered a couple of helpful tips and adjusted the child seat to minimize wear. I would definitely use their services again; highly recommended!
