Great service and very friendly advice. Highly recommended.

I dropped off my road bike for a quick repair and even sourced the spare parts myself. Unfortunately, the price for the labor alone was, in my opinion, far too high and gave me the impression that my (apparent) lack of knowledge was being exploited. However, the labor itself was well done.

After unsuccessfully visiting three other shops, I finally found what I needed here. The shop is exceptionally well-stocked with spare parts. I received excellent advice, and when my tool broke down, they even helped me immediately. Thank you so much!

The owner still pumps his own tires here. We were in the shop earlier just to quickly pump up our tires – and the owner himself came and pumped them for us. Small things, big impact. Thank you!

Not helpful. Extremely dissatisfied. The recommended wheel arch went flat twice within three months, even though I asked several times if they were safe for Halle's roads. They also charged the full amount for the tire repair.

I had an urgent problem and drove over quickly. The friendly team was able to help me immediately, and after a quick browse through the shop, my bike was ready to ride again, and I was happy once more. Best of luck! Kind regards, the young lady with the Diamant racing bike :)

Unfriendly. Once the customer is gone, there's no goodbye or farewell. Not even eye contact when saying a friendly goodbye, and this has happened twice now. Everyone has a bad day, but then you shouldn't take your personal frustrations out on the customer. I won't be treated like that again. It was possible to get in without an appointment, but is it worth it? Only in an emergency.

Incredibly competent, comprehensive, and customer-friendly advice; the consultation for my new e-bike couldn't have been better! Anyone with a passion for two-wheelers has come to the right place.

I had a problem and immediately didn't have to worry about it anymore. Great. A year ago, I made the mistake of buying a "cheap" bike from Amazon, which, of course, was grinding and rattling all over the place. Bike Insider was highly recommended to me. I arrived with my bike and felt awkward saying it was a "cheap" one from the internet, because even there, you get scolded for it. After explaining my problem, I was simply told that it wasn't a problem and that it's just great that I'm now out and about by bike. Thanks for the quick help, but even more so, thanks for the kind words!

Back then, as neighbors at home, we repaired our tires countless times, even after work. Now, after quite some time, we're neighbors again for business, and you can clearly see who puts the customer first and who earns their living with passion and love for what they do. For that reason alone, I'm giving them 5 stars today. There should be more of this! Very nice contact! Highly recommended!
