The seller is great; I can recommend him in every respect. You only notice whether a seller is good or bad when things get difficult. What happened? I purchased a Garmin bundle from this company. Unfortunately, DHL caused damage. The packaging was completely damaged. I contacted the seller. We both worked through the issue, and I never felt like the seller was leaving me alone. I ordered my TT bike here. Unfortunately, the wheels have been causing nothing but problems so far. First, they apparently needed to be trued (Sören covered the costs), and second, the freewheel locked up after the second ride (a solution is pending). Otherwise, I'm extremely happy with the bike. I'd like to make it clear that the shop isn't responsible for this, as the bike is, of course, from Felt, and according to Sören, this is an isolated incident in 15 years.

Very satisfied with TCC and especially with Sören. Sören was really helpful for online shopping. They had the best deals for Garmin watches. They have tax free shopping too and they were supportive. I would definitely visit their website again.
