I was in the shop with my husband earlier. Just browsing wasn't an option, of course. We immediately decided on two gravel bikes. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly comfortable. The advice was excellent, without any pressure to buy anything. We were allowed to take a test ride right away, and everything was explained in detail. Anyone looking to buy a bike should definitely stop by. Here, you're truly valued as a customer and receive outstanding service.

Hello, I wanted to say a big thank you again! I ordered the Cube Nuroad C:62 EXC Carbon n Crisscross by phone with the lovely lady on the phone, and everything went absolutely smoothly. Terrible service. I bought a bicycle from this company. Shipping cost an outrageous €110. I've never paid that much for bicycle shipping before. Neither the company nor the shipping company responded to my inquiries regarding a delivery date. It was only by chance that someone was home when the shipping company suddenly showed up unannounced. The shop hasn't contacted me since. Outrageous for the price. Not recommended.

G.,<br><br>The fact that you received your brand-new 2026 Cube bike with an exclusive 20% discount from us – it couldn't be cheaper – would have been worth at least three stars in our opinion.<br><br>Regarding shipping: Due to the size and weight of our bikes, we always ship them via freight carrier, and this was agreed upon with you beforehand. We pass on the shipping costs of €110 directly, without any markup.<br><br>Delivery was arranged as usual with a delivery notification. Unfortunately, the fact that the freight carrier didn't carry it out as planned is beyond our control. Your bike was handed over to the carrier one day after you ordered it on December 4th and was delivered on December 8th – a very quick process, even with the weekend in between.<br><br>You sent your email on Sunday. Our staff answers inquiries during regular business hours, not on Sundays. Your bike was delivered on Monday.<br><br>We hope you enjoy your new bike despite the criticism, and wish you many carefree kilometers and a peaceful Christmas. Highly recommended! The sale (or rather, the leasing) was already great, and now the first workshop service is also top-notch. Everything was arranged in advance by phone, quick and hassle-free, and the completion simply arrives on your phone, so you can pick up your bike ready to go. 👍 Stephan Klingner is a great salesman.

We bought a new bike for our daughter and are completely satisfied. The advice we received was incredibly friendly, patient, and highly competent – they took our daughter's needs and size into account perfectly. The team took the time to try out different models, and in the end, we found the perfect bike. The service was also excellent – everything was adjusted and explained immediately. Our daughter is absolutely thrilled – we'll definitely be back!

A few days ago, I took my bike to the workshop for servicing. I got an appointment quickly and was very satisfied with the service and the staff. When it turned out that more repairs were needed, the staff contacted me immediately to discuss a revised price, which I appreciated. The repairs were completed faster than expected, and the price was very competitive. I would definitely recommend the shop and workshop!

While searching for a rare bicycle bag, I came across this shop and called ahead just to be sure. The lady on the phone (Ms. Pabst?) immediately knew what I was talking about and was very friendly. Shipping was also seamless. Many thanks, and until my next order, or even better, a visit!
