It's positive that they opened on time. However, the staff seemed to have left their motivation at home and their friendliness left much to be desired. Thanks for the experience.

The employees seem unmotivated, even barking at each other, tokenizingly running from one place to the other—in other words, only doing the bare minimum. As a customer, you feel completely unwelcome and are treated more like a burden. Either the employees are poorly paid for their lack of service, or they've made the wrong career choice. This isn't a shop for fans; it's more like an overpriced dump.

Unfortunately, the service was terrible. Returns due to incorrect size were not possible, and they showed no willingness to compromise whatsoever. Once you've paid for the item, you're treated like absolute garbage!

Helpful, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the bags I wanted to look at weren't in stock, but we found a solution so I could choose a size. The advice I received was good and comprehensive. I'm looking forward to my order. There are no shipping costs for in-store pickup. 👍

I expected better customer service. I ordered something for my son; €6.99 shipping is already borderline excessive, and then they couldn't even find the address – very disappointing! In the end, I picked up my package myself! When I asked if they could perhaps waive the shipping costs (€6.99 within Halle/Saale), the answer was a firm no. Very disappointing; they could have offered a voucher, and I would have even made a sale. But to be brushed off like that is truly pathetic! This was my first and last time ordering from them! Customer service was nonexistent... even one star is too generous, but unfortunately, I couldn't give it any less... very disappointing...

I wanted to have a custom jersey printed for a friend's birthday. At first, everything went well. I made a plan with the employee in the store, and about a week later the jersey should be ready. Two weeks later, I wanted to check on the status, but they couldn't help me over the phone, and I didn't receive a reply to my email. So I went to the store and found out that the order had been canceled without me being informed. Apparently, one of the designs couldn't be printed, but they could have told me that when I placed the order. Overall, the employees were very unmotivated, and the customer service was terrible; they obviously don't want to make any money.

The store makes a very neat and tidy impression. The staff are extremely friendly and competent. Highly recommended.
