Zero stars, really. I bought a jacket a month ago that had a quality defect and went back to the store for a refund. They told me it was just a temporary worker who couldn't do anything and couldn't call anyone. So, I drove 160 km for nothing. A week later, I went back again because they said the store manager would be there. And indeed, she did, and they forced the same jacket on me again, which I didn't want because of the quality defect. They were already being rude. Then they said I was forced to buy a replacement, even though I didn't want to shop at that store again after the whole ordeal. I didn't see why I should have to drive 240 km to get something sorted out and then hand them my money. The bottom line is, I had to buy something else and then got annoyed looks because I took my time choosing and looked at everything carefully. I will never set foot in that store again. It's anything but child-friendly.

If you pay, thats it! Beaware! They only offer store credit, you cannot get money back.

I bought a pop-up tent there in the summer and received friendly and professional advice. Later, I bought the same tent again, also from the same store. I recently bought a pair of trousers there, and because the sizes vary so much, I had to ask for advice. Again, I received friendly and helpful service, just as I've come to expect, and the trousers fit perfectly. I would like to sincerely thank the store manager. I would definitely recommend this store and will gladly return.

We were regular customers for a long time. The branch management has since changed, and professional customer service has unfortunately been lacking since then. Of course, I'm aware that it's difficult to find good staff these days, but the branch manager, in particular, as the "poster girl," should have certain manners and a positive customer attitude. What a pity! PS: It's not really helpful if she herself publishes positive reviews to create a better impression ;-)

Thank you for the friendly sales conversation. The shoes fit perfectly; I had to take them with me right away. Just like the ski jacket. I had no idea what great features the jacket had. Thank you for being so wholehearted.

I bought a children's rain jacket at the beginning of September. I was served by the manager, Ms. Winter. When I asked if I could return the jacket, she told me "yes, within 14 days." Unfortunately, the jacket didn't fit my grandson because she had packed a size that was much smaller than I wanted, so I went back two days later to return it. There, the salesperson told me that I wouldn't get a refund and that I could only get a voucher or take something else. I was very annoyed because Ms. Winter didn't tell me that. Even a call from her colleague didn't help. In my opinion, this is a rip-off and not fair, especially since I specifically asked and wouldn't have bought the jacket otherwise. I can't recommend this store.
